30th June - Midsomerset Festival 2025 winning story, ‘Finally the Ducks’, a tale of friendship late in life, written and delivered by JTP Theatre's Tony Domaille.
The theme for July on the JTP Theatre Hour is ‘Guest Writers'. We're guesting talented local writers who aren't part of JTP Theatre but produce the kind of work we admire.
7th July – Hilary Smith reads ‘My Gentle Hero’, a story from her ‘The Trouble with Paul’ series.
14th July – ‘A Welcome Gift’ is a touching story from Anthony Brum
21st July – Local writer Claire Jaggard sends a shiver up your spine with her story, ‘The Only Witness to the Crime.’
28th July – Award-winning short story writer Philip Douch delivers his story, ‘Drive.’
